Grades 3-5 will focus on catching a ball and finding different ways to catch while grades K-2 will be concentrating on rolling a ball and catching (fielding) a rolled ball.

It's HOT! Drink more WATER!
Students are coming to my morning classes already fatigued! My solution-DRINK MORE WATER and GO TO BED EARLIER!!!!!!! Students are more than welcome to bring a hat, sunglasses and a bottle of water to my P.E. class.

Welcome! I am Coach Chalmers and I teach Physical Education at Lone Star Elementary and am very excited to share this blog with you!
